Google’s Sundar Pichai confirmed this morning at D11 conference that HTC’s flagship device, HTC One, will be available for sale with stock Android 4.2.2 version firmware next month on June 26th. It’ll be fully unlocked to be used on AT&T and T-Mobile and will be sold at Google Play store for $599. Galaxy S4 stock version is also scheduled to go on sale on the same day.

HTC One device will come SIM-unlocked with unlocked bootloader and will have a 32GB storage capacity. It features quadband LTE (700/850/AWS/1900), triband HSPA+ (850/1900/2100) and the quadband GSM/EDGE. T-Mobile users will have LTE and EDGE, but will miss out on 3G AWS (unlike iPhone 5), which will certainly be a deal killer for T-Mobile customers. Looks like Google has begun promoting more stock firmware devices and not sticking to just one exclusive brand.
